PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SN-4055 is a premier grade non-dusting lead stabilizer – lubricant one pack for extrusion of rigid PVC pipes. The metal salt combination and stabilizer – lubricant ratio in SN-4055 has been so adjusted as to provide maximum synergism with respect to product quality and performance.

FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOR

• The judicious selection of metal salts and adoption of novel coprecipitation technique for its manufacture, SN-4055 imparts unmatched processing stability during extrusion and thus makes it an ideal choice even for more critical applications e.g. thin walled large diameter pipes and profiles.
• Its quality internal lubrication system lowers melt viscosity and induces fast fusion and excellent wetting and dispersion characteristics, thus imparting appealing aesthetics to the end product.
• It also provides protection against thermal and oxidative degradation during processing and service.
• SN-4055 is highly cost-effective as it performs excellently at lower addition rates.
