Product Description

SN-418 is an efficient all-round general-purpose non-dusting lead-based stabilizer-lubricant one pack for processing rigid PVC. It is suitable for pressure and non-pressure pipes with trouble-free extrusion through both single as well as twin screw extruders.

The moderately low concentration of lead in SN-418 offers a possible option for the production of potable water pipes where there is a restriction on high lead concentration.

Functional Behaviour

  • Its well-balanced built-in lubrication system helps in the easy and uniform dispersion of fillers into the polymer matrix and has the capability of absorbing and nullifying most of the negative impacts arising out of changes in the quality of fillers, resin, and pigments.
