Product Description
SN-330 is a powerful, versatile lead-based heat stabilizer suitable for use with almost all types of plasticizers. It is a stabilizer of choice, particularly for high-temperature rating electrical cables due to its non-reactivity with plasticizers like DIDP and TOTM normally employed for the production of high UL rating cables. Due to the state-of-the-art surface coating, SN-330 ensures ready dispersion in the PVC matrix, resulting in excellent mechanical, electrical, and heat aging properties.
Functional Behaviour and Salient Features
- No interaction with reactive plasticizers such as DIDP, TOTM, and polymerics.
- SN-330 is suitable for high-temperature cable insulation compounds (UL Rating up to 105°C and above).
- SN-330 is an excellent kicker for ADC blowing agents in plasticized foamed PVC applications.
- Being free from ions (low conductivity) and ionizable constituents, SN-330 ensures excellent insulation resistance in both dry and wet conditions.

Handling and Storage
- Use hand gloves and dust masks while handling SN-330.
- In case of fire, use sand and inorganic chemical-based fire extinguishers.
- Store SN-330 in well-ventilated, cool places away from hot surfaces and direct sunlight.
- Partially used bags of SN-330 must be closed/sealed promptly.
- SN-330 must be stored on wooden pallets, preferably not more than 10 bags in height.
